Circadian rhythm is heavily regulated by your adrenal glands and involves the HPA axis (Hypothalamus Pituitary Adrenal).

It is your body’s way of knowing when it is time to sleep, move, and eat. It activates a stress response when those things are not being done in a way that supports your body’s needs.

This affects your ability to regulate blood sugar levels, handle stressful situations, sleep, tissue healing, and mental health.

  • A new Module will be released each week, designed to help you better understand what your body is telling you, and how to support optimal circadian rhythm.

    Each Module will also include action steps that build on the previous week’s Module to help you build better habits at a more manageable pace.

  • Each week, Hilary will host a Zoom call live for all participants, to review the information provided in that week’s Module, and answer questions.

    Plus, being in a room full of people who deal with similar issues can be a helpful way to get support.

  • At the end of the 4-week course, all participants will be given an exclusive access code to book a free private video call with Hilary to discuss any questions you still have.

  • As you take the time to learn new information and develop new habits, having someone else take care of the meal plans can be a huge support.

    Participants will receive a 5-day (omnivorous) meal plan with each week’s Module, that supports blood sugar management and adrenal health and includes shopping lists.

Hilary has a long history of health conditions that used to leave her feeling broken and alone.

After learning to resolve her symptoms on her own and now a practitioner who is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, she helps women understand and trust their body, so they can feel like themselves again.
